Liability

All services The customer is responsible for the safety of the order once delivery is accepted
Where a parcel shows signs of mishandling or damage the recipient should mark the couriers paperwork "Package Damaged" before providing a signature. Please check the contents of the order and advise us immediately if the contents are damaged
It is the customers' responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and to ensure that they, or a trustworthy representative, signs for the parcel
Cancellation Where an order is cancelled after despatch the customer must return the order at their expense. If the cancelled order is refused on delivery the customer must pay all expenses involved in the return of the refused item (This is often more expensive than paying for the return of the item)
Delayed deliveries We can not accept responsibility for delivery delays by external contractors. Packing/handling and delivery charges will not be refunded under any circumstances
